When do you actually train yourself?
Over the past few years, my own personal training has gone right ⬇️
When I was training clients, I would jump in and train with some of them
But now I am more based on my laptop
I find it much harder to get motivated or find the time to actually train
So I made the decision this week that I need to pull my finger out and get back training again 💪
I now get to the gym for 8.30am, get my stuff ready for the day
Then train between 9.00am – 10.00am, finishing just as our Large Group & GSPT programmes are about to start
Meaning I get a good hour in 🙌
And so far my arms are killing from back on Monday, and chest is a little delicate after training chest yesterday
I have made time to train
I have gone from telling myself I have no time and trying to find reasons as to why I have no time to train
To programming it into my day
This is the exact same for sending out a daily email
Posting 2-3 times a day on your social media account
What we do is write one BIG post, that is also the email… This takes about 10 minutes
Then we take a picture from the 10.00am sessions and post that up using Buffer to post across all the social channels
In total all our social media and emails marketing takes about 20 minutes a day 👊
Hard to find an excuse where you don’t have 20 minutes spare right❓
