Back when I first became a Personal Trainer I was charging just £10 per session, selling blocks of 6 for £50 and coming up with all kind of crazy low priced offers just to get clients.
Then when the end of the month came rolling around and it was time to pay the bills, it was a case of working out if I had worked with enough clients this month to pay for all the bills.
This almost killed me and stopped me from working as a Personal Trainer, as I had to constantly borrow money from Holly, my mum & grandparents.

I got the point of thinking, what is the point? I could be working a simple desk job, earning more and not having to worry if I had worked with enough clients this month.
I hadn’t spent £000’s on getting qualified, then quit when times got tough. I had to find a way of being able to make my Personal Training business, give me a guaranteed monthly predictable income.
I spoke to a few people and looked at how they ran their business. Looked online to see what other personal trainers were doing around the world, that was different to a pay per session business model.
What I found was an eye-opening business model for Personal Trainers, and one that stopped me from having to have that dreaded conversation about paying, plus not having to keep chasing them to pay.
The model is simple, it is simply having a pay monthly business model that you are in control of. This way you know exactly how many clients you need each month to hit your monthly income goal.

Here is how I did it:
The first thing I had to change was the way I offered my services, by going from paid per session business model to setting up a monthly direct debit.
I signed up to use Stripe to collect all the monthly payment from my clients, that meant not having to ask them to pay ever again or chase them for payment.
I then took it even further, by signing them up to a minimum commitment of 3 months followed by a 1 month cancellation notice.
This simple little tweak in my business model changed my whole Personal Training business. Every month I now know exactly how much I have entering my account, never having to worry if there will be enough money this month.
This is one of the first things I get all my FitPro clients do when they invest in one of my programs for their fitness business
We work out, how many clients they need each month to hit the income level they want
We create 2, 3, sometimes even 4 monthly price points that new clients can sign up too, offering different services at each point.
This then means they can focus on doing what they do best, and not having to worry if they will have seen enough client each month.

Nevertheless, I had one built and boy I was shocked. The website looked AMAZING but it didn’t do what it was supposed to do. Bring in NEW leads and customers It was that exact point, FitPro Web Design was born. To Build High-Quality Websites, That Bring In Quality Leads Each Week!
